The hotel was excellent value for money. It appears to be a new place. It was clean. The restaurant and bar were nice.

The bed was very hard. Someone walked into our room in the middle of the night!!! The man was yelling in a language I didn't understand, but backed out of the room when he realized his mistake, saying he was sorry. The hotel wanted to give us the night for free but was unable to because we booked online. They offered us a free breakfast but we had a flight to catch. The staff were not very friendly.
Scott from Enfield, GB (Young couple) 03 December 2008
The room was great, staff were polite and efficient, room rate was very good. Sadly, the restaurant was terrible.
(107727149)

The standard of the hotel was very high throughout. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and great to relax in. We liked the nice touch of the ice-dispensers in the corridoors!

The bath is strangely shallow and the bed wasn't huge, but my main problem wasn't with the room which I was generally very happy with. The real blight on our stay was the restaurant.
Considering the prices, the food was astonishingly bad. Instead of (say) two pieces of bruschetta, there was one, plus an unwanted side-salad. Ditto, the garlic mushrooms - a small number of mushrooms and a second, unwanted side-salad that took up half the plate.
I'm vegetarian and the options for me were quite scant, but I'm accustomed to this, so I ordered a pasta dish (I think spinache and ricotta tortellini?), which was terrible. Firstly, it was not as described - the menu said 5 pasta parcels, I assumed the large variety, in fact it was a larger number of small pieces. This isn't the end of the world at all, I just wanted to be fed, but it was annoying that it wasn't not what I was expecting. They were, however, undercooked and quite cool by the time they reached us, and the toasted bread that came with the meal was very obviously burnt. I'm amazed that the waitress would hand a plate to someone with a burnt item on top, you can't accidentally fail to notice it.
We also ordered a side of fries, which turned out to be chips - there's a difference, and again it's annoying, though hardly fatal when it's not what you ordered. What was worth noting, though, was that these, too, were under-cooked. They were certainly hot on the outside, but clearly hadn't been cooked-through.
So, for a £35 meal, I was very unimpressed. I'll happily stay at the hotel again, but I would never use the restaurant.

Personally I feel you have loads to work on in order to actually provde an acceptable service.
(107961296)

check out staff were efficent and helpful and asked if assistance was required.

check in staff observed me struggle with 2 older adults, 1 a wheelchair user, 6 large items of luggage, and 6 items of handluggage. heating system did not work upon entering room and required 3 phone calls and 2 visits from staff to get working. check in staff did not advice for simular rate I could get to airport using a taxi and not struggle with hopper bus and bags etc as above.
My mother has dietary restrictions and we asked if a baked potato could be made, the answer was no, apparently you do not have fresh veg!! so we were served food service rubbish, the quality of which was really poor.
I work in tourism and often provide secret shopper reports for hotels/restaurants and attractions globally, I think if I was to complete a report on your hotel you would have lots to work on!

Only stayed one night prior to an early flight from T5 and found it easy walking distance from Hatton Cross underground station (provided you have wheels on you luggage!).Staff were efficient and polite and we were able to get a light snack until late - convenient rather than outstanding.

Good for flying out early from Heathrow; not great if you want to visit London (tube ride is 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the vagaries of the tube).
(107108650)

Nice room and hotel in general; close to Heathrow (less than a 10 minute drive when there is no traffic)

Taxi fare (11 GBP) for a 6-minute ride is a bit steep; staff ok but could be more friendly.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends especially when transiting through Heathrow.
(107266946)

Arrangements were easy; check-in welcoming; lots of parking. Appreciated the soundproofness considering the closeness to the airport (almost surreal watching the closeness of the planes but not hearing them). Good bar with reasonable cost beer (for a hotel). Good sized room with adequate space for three.

Breakfast seemed overpriced but we did not have much to compare it with in Britain as we did not hotel elsewhere in Britain.

I was very pleased with my stay. Check-in was a breeze - I was even able to check in early. They set up my wake-up call as I checked in. The rooms are a decent size as is the bathroom (the size of a typical room in the US).

The environment was very conducive and just right. The room was nice, spacious, clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we had a relaxing night. My visa card was not charged though we booked in advance over the internet. on arrival at the hotel, we were given the option to pay in cash/card if we wanted to and i was pleased with that. Afterall, i didn't have to deal with credit card bills post weekend break as well as incurring charges on euro-pound exchange rate. It was value for money and i would visit again given the chance!

Close to Tube and tourist attractions. Friendly down to earth staff and clean rooms.

I couldn't book on-line - no availability I was told. When I called i got through to a very helpful young lady and managed to qualify for a special. I live in Honduras with family both in the UK and in South Africa so London is a twice yearly destination for us. It would be easier to book on-line. Also a rewards programme would be great and would motivate me to book with Jury's more often.

Good ,friendly, clean hotel with well-appointed rooms
Good bar with more atmosphere that most hotel bars

Although within the Heathrow airport complex the Hotel Hoppa bus took 45 mins to reach the hotel from the airport T5, calling at every terminal on the way. Same on the return calling at T5 last and taking almost an hour. Not the hotel`s fault but potential visitors should be informed.

just afew minutes walk from hatton cross tube station and a well stocked fueling station (there is small shop in hotel)you are offered a range of good sized quiet rooms with all computing and laundry facilities necessary within the hotel.
(97909194)

triple glazing, option of smoking room. good size and lots of mirrors. anything extra needed e.g iron was delivered very quickly

during the night the electricity in the room cut out and left me with no lights or electricity in the morning (this was solved fairly quickly which was essential as i needed to get ready quickly) the air-con seems alittle noisy.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Hatton Cross Underground station as we had an early flight from Heathrow. It really is only 5-10 minutes walk. Don't believe the hotel staff who tell you that it is quicker to get a bus, as these were non existant at that early hour.Otherwise an excellent place for a stop over.

The Jury's Inn at Heathrow is the perfect choice for an airport transit, particularly when traveling to and from Terminal 4. The online booking process was seamless, the hotel was clean, modern, and offered many amenities and conveniences, and the hotel staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. Our experience at Jury's made our transit truly relaxing. We plan to stay at the hotel during future transits.
(97802599)

We arrived at 2 a.m. (very tired!), and the friendly, attentive staff checked us in promptly. Within minutes we were in our rooms relaxing. The price was great for our transit stay, and the proximity to Terminal 4 was perfect.

We asked for a wake up call, but did not receive one. We nearly missed our international flight.
