This hotel is undergoing a refitting and once all the final touches are in place it will be very good value; especially if you are visiting the Hammersmith / Shepard's Bush area for a concert or live music. (97275305)

On arrival I had to pay for my stay up front,rather than after my stay.I had the minimum of bedding.I had a coton sheet and a blanket but no quilt,and the room was not heated at all. The shower and bath water was too hot in my bathroom with no way of cooling it down. The cooked breakfast consisted of a fried egg an bakedbeans only and no sausage and bacon and anything ellse that is in a cooked breakfast.This was given to everyone there in the dining room.Cereal and tea/coffee and toast were available,but you had to eat up quick as the tables were cleared within the hour of being there,as people were still at their tables. provide a FULL cooked breakfast.not half of one.Provide warmer bedding,not just a cotton sheet and thin blanket.And sort out the scalding water only in my bath room.
