This family run establishment is well supervised and there is a friendly atmosphere.Communication was good.Everything was very clean and the bedroom decor was tasteful. The dining room looked somewhat jaded but nevertheless was pleasant and interesting.Although we could not have dinner in the hotel on the Sunday night, the staff did try to give advice on alternative facilities. Virtually the whole geographical area shuts down on Sunday at mid-day and this is not really in keeping with the requirements of modern travel. (97124999)

excellent dinner, breakfast mediocre - with only one member of staff on duty in the hotel - coffee was cold and the cerial had run out when we arrived in the evening we had one drink in the bar, but could'nt have another because the staff had disappeared (3305050280)

There were no real problems and as we simply wanted a hotel which was a short stop-over in a quiet location, this seemed to fit the bill. (3304474576)

Good location - quiet yet close to Troyes. Adequate parking and everything in working order.

The shower was a bit fierce - otherwise it was fine.
