We enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation in staying here on our travels to southern France again. The hotel does not have a restaurant for evening meals (breakfast only) but this is no problem at all as it is a mere stone's throw from the Saint Quentin town centre where there is an abundance of high quality eateries. A very tidy and well maintained property given its age. Very friendly staff who were exceedingly helpful. The price was great value for money as well.

The night we stayed was very hot so had to leave the windows open which allowed outdoor noise to enter the room (although it wasn't a particularly busy area).

We were under the impression from the description of the parking facilities that we had to park in the Hotel de Ville. However, this was not the case and were always accommodated in the hotel parking in spite of its limited room. This is just a slight criticism, and did not detract from our enjoyment

our prebooked room was a delux room in a renovated part of the hotel which was spacious and well presented. it was also at the rear of the property so was very quiet. our car broke down on the way to the hotel and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful.

due to our car breakdown we had to stay in St Quentin for an additional night. the room allocated was in the old hotel itself and was in desperate need of renovation. it was also at the front of the hotel which was very noisy. tea and coffee making facilities would improve the service of the hotel.
