Breakfast was a fiasco! It was crowded, even though we had waited for the coach party to go, it was ridiculous. We waited about half an hour just to get a hot breakfast, they need more than one hot buffet trolley. It spoiled what would have been a really good stay, indeed, the previous night we were planning to return to the area very soon. Alas we won't we repeating the breakfast chaos, we will stay somewhere quieter.

Nice big mugs, great shower. Liked the ladies only parking right near the building.

Check in lady had trouble understanding my car numberplate and wrote it down wrong.

Overall, I had a great stay. The rooms are nice, clean, large. The bathrooms are good size and the showers are fabulous. There is liquid soap to use at the sink and in the shower. I prefer this to bar soap. The hand soap is nice smelling, but the body wash/hair shampoo in one smells awful. I'm glad I brought my own. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd stay again, but I would bring my own toilet paper, unless the hotel had softer, stronger toilet paper in use. (97233083)

The hotel is very clean. The staff are all very helpful and courteous. I love there are irons full-sized ironing boards for use and that they are in great condition. The shower is even better than the one at my home. The water pressure is fabulous and there is plenty of room to move around. The croissants that were available the first two days of my stay were delicious.

The light between the bathroom and the closet area never worked. Sometimes we could have used it, but it wasn't that important. The toilet paper is a bit rough and falls apart during use. My key had to be reactivated everyday of my stay.

Soap dispenser was missing and in shower there was a bottle but nothing in it. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Having stayed in Tewkesbury many times, as a result I did think that I had pre booked the Travel Lodge on the roadside (Premier) unaware on another one (yourselves).We shall most certainly stay again - every thing from pre booking and pre paying went very well. The staff were very obliging, we only had breakfast but that was very adequate. I would have liked a bath - but this was not an issue - the shower was fine. (97714285)

This is the second time we have stayed at a sleep inn. I enjoyed it more than other such lodges. The self service style breakfast is very child friendly and easy. We had ample and good food, but I was disappointed that nothing on the advertised poster was available (eggs, croissant, cappuchino) The child packs on booking kept the children happy for those vital few mins getting settled.
