The location of the hotel gave easy access and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The only real criticism is the breakfast. Personally I prefer a cooked breakfast so a choice of either cooked or continental would in my opinion make the hotel an excellent venue to stay when I am next in Leicester.

The hotel was very clean and facilities were ok for one/two night stay, however we found lack of eating in the hotel with a young family. overall a good hotel with efficient staff. Definetly would come again. (99110498)

The hotel was just right for what we wanted, a quiet comfotable place to stay. The staff were really helpful in every way and gave great advice on local amenities. I especially liked that we were allowed to eat a takeaway in the hotel. The only problem I had was being really cold in the room and the fact that there was no socket near the mirror, a bit of a pain trying to use hair straighteners! (3304062877)

It was clean and modern, well done out and comfortable. It was very quiat in the rooms.

On arrival in the room it was absolutely freezing due to no central heating. I didn't like the fact that a key had to be left in to keep the air coditioning going, which took hours to get the room to a warm enough temperature to be comfortable

I found the accomodation to be modern, clean and adequate for my needs. However, I would not wish to stay for a long period of time as the overall condtions were quite sterile. It would have been helpful to know that the only washing facilities were a shower. I found the size of the duvets dissapointing, there was not sufficent overhang. The room on arrival was very cold and the heater/air conditioners took some time to heat the room. It would have been useful to have spare bedding i.e pillows , extra blanket etc. Although I had booked a non smoking room, the room had an odour of one in which someone had smoked in and an attempt to mask the subsequent smell had been made.
