Overall Grey St is a beautiful, modern hotel and ideally located. Would definitly stay again. I enjoyed my stay very much. (3304411961)

The room was clean and well presented.

The toilets in the cellar bar were not up to the expected standard with dirt and hairs allaround the rim of the sink! Our room was near the generator so it was very noisy (room 46)and the toilet made hurrendous noises for about 5 mins after it had been flushed!

contemporary clean room

The hotel is a cheap attempt at luxury decor. Apart from the comfortable bed it was a huge disappointment for the cost. I'd advise you to try Malmaison on the Quayside instead. (2566277)
