very impressed with the hotel, room and service. Good value for money as parking and breakfast was included in the price. Good choice of channels on the TV as there was a mixture of english and asain channels.

one of the rooms that was booked was at the main road end and you could hear the the traffic from outside even when the windows were closed. it would of been nice if we could have a menu of the eveing dinner as there was a resutrant downstairs but we didn't know until we got there and had already made resutrant reservations elsewhere.

This is a relatively small hotel which manages on the whole to provide the advantages of a larger one.The Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was fully serviced every day. The hotel is not near a tube station, which made it a little stressful, catching the last train to southall after an evening out. But, it is very near the railway stattion and the directions from the station to the hotel are excellent. The hotel is very nice and we were sorry not to have been able to enjoy its resaurant, which looked and smelled delicious, more. staff were on the whole unavailable and spoke pnly a couple of words to me in my whole stay. when i arrived the reception was locked and no one was there to let me oin so i spent 30 mins on the street alone trying to get in. when i got up the following moring the reception was locked again and no one was around for me to leave my key with and i did not get my breakfast

The hotel was new, modern and had excellent facilities. The breakfast in the indian restaurant below was excellent. There was the option of a full english breakfast or an indian breakfast, (paratha or an omellete). It is the best hotel I've stayed at in the past 5 years and the price, (99851214)

The room was a large double, it even had a spare single in it! It was clean and the staff were excellent.
