Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. we arrived early for check-in and the manager very kindly sorted our room for us.

the only dislike we had was that there was no english speaking channel on the t.v. we would have really liked that.

The hotel is very children orientated as you would expect being within walking distance of the Disney Park. I found it more relaxing than being on site as you could get away from the crowds. The service was good and their buffet style evening meal was of a very high standard and good value for money, certainly in comparison to the food served within the park restaurants. There is lots for the children to do within the hotel to keep them happy but take change as the rides are in the reception area and you will receive frequent requests from younger children for the merry go round. Breakfast is good but busy so avoid 9.00 which was peak time. This is a large hotel that is always busy but be assured, when you shut your hotel door the sound proofing is perfect. (3304212944)

Exellent location next to Disney,very clean,comfortable hotel. No problems with language barrier,staff all spoke good english.First class choice at breakfast(7.30am-11.00am).Child friendly.
