Novotel London Greenwich

We booked this hotel for, hopefully, easy access to the O2 arena for the Neil Diamond concert. We weren't disappointed - the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Greenwich Pier where we boarded the Thames Clipper and the 02 is just one stop away. Hotel also within easy walking distance of Royal Observatory and National Maritime Museum. (97050422)

Our visit was focused on seeing our daughter at Goldsmith's London Campus. Be aware you are not listed on Goldsmith's list of proximate hotels, and should be. Their recommendations are impracticle and inferior. Your location is excellent for such a purpose. The campus is a bit grim, and your Greenwich location is a very helpful and welcome relief. Also be aware that Bloomsbury Car Service offers direct airport service via licensed minicab for 39 pounds. Your desk was not aware of this. You have a lovely property for someone wishing to be in Greenwich. (97024243)

Cleanliness and overall friendliness of staff

Far too hot, even with air conditioning. We had to have window open all night.

RECEPTION WAS FULLY STAFFED AND BOOKING IN WAS VERY EASY. THIS IS A RELATIVELY NEW HOTEL AND YOU COULD TELL EVERYTHING WAS BRAND NEW FROM RECEPTION TO LIFTS TO OUR EXCELLENT ROOM.
