The room was lovely although a little small. The hotel itself was very nice.

The bathroom was extremely odd shaped in that it did not have a vanity of any kind nor was there a mirror in the room to use instead of having access to a vanity. There was little light in the bathroom.

We were delighted with this friendly smart little hotel. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and had an excellent meal. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly, helpful and always seemed to be smiling. We have strongly recommended this hotel to friends who may visit the area in the future. Although we booked in January we were unable to find our preference of a twin room and the double room was rather small. It was however comfortable with a good view and we would certainly repeat a visit to this hotel if we were to visit Carteret again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were enabled to use our room for an extra hour (until 1pm) to get ready to go to a wedding, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was delightful - and the food excellent. The hotel is situated opposite the Port du Plaisance in Carteret - which is very picturesque small town. We were able to watch the boats coming and going from our window. Our bedroom was tastefully decorated and extremely clean - as was the bathroom which was a pleasure to use. (3304245122)

The room was quite dark as the window was small and the ceiling below the eaves sloped quite steeply so that we had to duck. Minor problems.
