Spacious and well designed. Reception/cafe service excellent.

Would not pick hotel again as far away from the restaurants and bars. supposed to be a 4-5 star but i would say no more then 3 star. very clean but we stayed for 3 nights and it cost us £15 just to have towels changed! excellent location and luxury level of finishing etc, great views and from a spacious apartment. Very impressive setting in the Docklands. Easy to invite guests and create a very social atmosphere in the evenings, much better than any rival hotel for a similar cost.

A distinct lack of proper kitchen equipment, i.e enough pots, pans, plates etc, as such we were unable to cook properly for the total of 7 guest in the apartment. Some repair works are required around door frames, bathroom edges etc, the heavy usage is begining to show. Also much of the kitchen equipment was unclean and / or hadn't been used at all and had collected dirt / dust.

Once found, great views, very spacious and for a family of 5 it gave us plenty of opportunities not to fall over eachother.

Checking in time of 4pm meant that when we arrived at 1pm the room was not available to us - we eventually returned to the hotel at 10pm for our check-in. Kettle had been used as a tea-pot and was full of tea-leaves! Otherwise kitchen & appartment was spotless.

We made an excellent choice of accomodation. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Modern surroundings and near to all ameneties. Accomodation provided everything necessary for great stay. I would recommend this to anyone. (97612997)

It was spacious and modern with a great view of the O2 Arena and River.

Generally our stay was excellent. Everything from start to finish was superb and if I need to return to the area I will be checking the availability of this place first.We received an upgrade so got alot more than what we thought we were going to get! The only minor problem is that it was tricky to find from the main road. More obvious signing would be helpful, or a small map of the area attached to the confirmation e-mail. (97515533)

The fact that the apartment was booked for 4 people but the pull out sofa bed was not made up and before we went out to our evening show we had to rush round and try and make up the bed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Need better directions for car service printed on the website. There is no direct street access to 80 Boardwalk Place. My colleague was left off by the highway above the residence (and had to walk down a bridge and stairs to get to the lobby), and my car was blocked by barricades to the front door. (99300720)

Spacious, close to the office.

Dryer took too long to complete, no paper towels, dish detergent on hand (even sample sized). Also, lack of reduced rates for gym access would have been better, and a late checkout (at no cost) for business users.
