I was booked into a NON-smoking room, but given a smoking room - which is completely unacceptable, as the room stank of smoking. Though the hotel were able to transfer me to a 2-bedroom apartment, this was not to the same quality and not my preferred accommodation. I do not accept that hotels can expect non-smokers to sleep in smokey rooms.

In all, the Hotel was everthing we remembered from the last time we stayed. The atmosphere is relaxed, informal and cosy. The building has great character and the service is good. Although there is a conservatory as well as the main restaurant to eat in, you are able to enjoy snacks on the sofas around the bar area. My husband was a little disappointed with the flowers he ordered to be sent to our room. They did not represent very good value for money. (97117403)

We have stayed in this hotel previously (on our Wedding Night) and although we did not stay in one of the special suites this time it was still a nice treat. There is a very relaxed and cosy feel to this hotel. It also has a lovely courtyard to enjoy in warmer weather.

The room was fantastic, Bathroom supurb.

Breakfast price was too expensive.

The marygreen Manor, was a lovely hotel with spacious rooms some of which are surounded by beautifull gardens.The rooms are clean and modern with tea/coffee making facillites provided,and the fruit bowl was a lovely touch. The only downside that we could see,was the fact we were unable to order cold drinks as part of the night time room service menu,and there was no provision made for that. (99519234)
