The remote control was missing and the waterboiler broken down. The bathroom was not so clean and the toilet seat was broken. When we ask for replacements they say whe get you one but never did that, besides the waterboiler. How can you watch TV in your bed whitout a remote control, the worldcup was on, but we couldn't watch it. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for 300 euro's more which can happen, everybody makes a mistake sometimes. But the worst thing is that they not even say sorry and ware very rude. The only positif thing was the breakfast. The waiter was very proffesional and friendly and the food was good. The hotel pretends to be more than they offer. On the outside it looks chic, but inside a lot is damaged and old. (3304090778)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get into the city centre during the day - the bus route was right outside the hotel and buses were frequent. It was a lttle too far from the centre to get there in the evenings. (2373314)

The rooms were not clean, When we got the room kettle, bathroom were filthy, the bedroom smelled. we requested a cleaner room, the second room was cleaner but the bathroom was mouldy and shower curtains were stains and mouldy too it but you off having a shower

The overall decor of the hotel and the rooms was in need of redecoration, the reason for the visit was a 50th wedding aniversary and a meal for 25 people and I with others felt that the service was very poor as people had to wait for their meals. (2133549)

The size of the rooms

Very poor sevice in the restaurant for the evening meal.

i had intended to book a double room but as i booked online, the room type changed when i scrolled down. i asked if the room could be changed on arrival but the receptionist was of no help. the room i received was an old fashioned room with beds in need of replacement. (Romm 402). there was no heat in the room apart from a small heater with limited warmth. the shower water was cold and the towels available were extremely small. Overall, my stay was a disappointment, so i will not be staying there or recommending any of my friends, family or colleagues to visit your hotel. regards Niamh Lavan (1910904)

Very good value for money

The wallpaper was peeling off the walls - which looked rather shabby

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It seemed ridiculous to me that there was only one key to the room which caused problems when I arrived back at the hotel first after a night out and had to wait for my friend to return. The general condition of the hotel was a bit run down but for the internet price the whole stay was good value for money. Had we paid the rack rate for the room we would have expected better standard for our money but overall we were happy with the stay. (1862239)
