The staff were very friendly and efficient, the meal we had in the resteraunt was up to a good standard, and the prices for room, drinks, and food were reasonable. What lets this hotel down isn't the standard of service but the building itself. Whilst our room was clean it was a bit rundown and showing signs of age e.g. there was only 1 heater which took a long time to warm the room, the bed creaked, and there was no duvet - just sheets. If you're just wanting a place to rest your head for the night, this place is fine, just don't expect Holiday Inn standards. (99962665)

Heating not turned on, no plug near a mirror, hot water took a long time to warm up, bed creaked, & not enough beverages.

A very pleasant stay. The room was quite tight for three beds but it was a very nicely decorated and warm room. We would definitely book again for this hotel if in the area. (99174913)

Fairly basic, but clean and acceptable for a short visit. Ideal for the business traveller. Friendly staff.

Positioned at the bottom of an industrial estate with no other facilities within walking distance of the hotel.

If this hotel were in a different location or even at the edge/ entrance to the industrial estate I would have little complaint. If I had known the actual location I would not have booked it. One night stopover may have been ok but I booked for two nights. (3305232936)

Room was reasonable

Position of hotel in the middle of an industrial estate left a lot to be desired. Bed not very confortable. Breakfast items packed away too quickly even though there were guests in the dining room and may not have finished.

My general view is that the accommodation was pretty good, and I was pleased the rooms had ensuite bathrooms, I wasnt quite sure? Although small, the bath and shower worked well, but wasnt sure how the heating system worked? Maybe an easier way to turn it on would have been better unless it wasnt working. The room was small, clean and basic. The charges were very economical however if I had shopped around a little longer as I have tried in the past I could have booked a room which was more roomy,less basic and in a nicer location for a few extra pounds. I was travelling late at night with my teenage daughter and it was a little off putting driving to the hotel through an Industrial Estate. (3304102014)

it was really quiet the bed was really comfortable and the shower was to die for.

for me there was no area to be improved, all the staff were friendly and outgoing, they made you feel welcome, and the cleanliness was excellent
