this is a lovely hotel with beautifull rooms but i would never recomend it for anyone with children the staff are not very polite and children were definatly not made welcome, we ended up having no breakfast (which we had paid for) as there was no where for my daughter to eat. this hotel should not advertise as being suitable for children as it is clearly not (99085453)

positive comments the hotel was beautifull and the rooms where well equipt with loads of room
negative comments the staff were rude and spoke little english, when i asked if they had a high chair for my 1 year old was told (very rudly) no and then the waiter walked off.

i wouldnt recommend this hotel, the breakfast was cold, all the drinks were warm, and i found all the staff, espically the man at reception rude. (3304938305)

positive comments easy to find
negative comments rude staff, they also all had a very poor understanding of english

Lacked astmosphere. The staff were very sparse & generally unhelpful. I think there are at least 100 rooms+ and no more than two staff at any one time? never seen this before. (3304950048)

positive comments Appeared clean and minimalistic
negative comments Not all the facilities that were listed online, were provided

The night porter was a star, he was extremely helpful and made sure we understood that he was there for us whenever we needed him. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the room was extremely noisy. Perhaps a notice could be put up asking guests to consider other guests when they're revving their cars at 2 & 3am for 20-30 minutes at a time, or perhaps the receptionist could pop outside and ask them to be a little more considerate. Air conditioning needed so that bedroom windows can be closed to stop the noise of traffic on the main road. (3304877263)

positive comments Lovely room and very clean good value for money
negative comments Very noisy, was too hot to close windows. Air conditioning desparately needed.
