Extremely noisy guests until 3.30am and no staff to shut them up. No coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast not served until 8am which meant I couldn't have any.

This hotel has a lot of potencial but the way i see it - the holding of the house is not good for example - carpets should be change and also the shower facilitys need to be replace. I had the feeling that i paid good money and i didn't receive what i paid for. (97193164)

It was clean and the location is great.

The curtains were half way down, the veiw from my window was the wall of the building near by, there was no facilitys to make hot drink if i would like to have. The breakfast was very poor. Shower facility should be change as well as carpets. No extra blankets in the room.

This hotel was very spartan. It did have the bare essentials needed and was fairly quiet. But the bare bulb hanging from the ceiling, the falling down curtains, the television that was cloudy, the hallways that were dark are all things that could easily be fixed to be much more acceptable. The size of the bathroom can not be changed, but again, an extra towel for drying hands would make the place seem more user friendly. (99242312)

The location of this hotel is fabulous. Also, the guy who worked there on the evening of June 22 (Polish guy ) was so helpful.

The room was not welcoming....had a bare bulb hanging from the ceiling and the curtains were falling down. Bathroom was crowded, not enough towels.

The hotel offers basic but functional accommodation for a reasonable price in a fantastic location convenient to transport and lots of shops, restaurants and the Portobello Road. There was nasty note from management on a friend's bicycle which was chained to the railing one afternoon, although we had cleared it with the desk staff, and that was a little unpleasant. In simple terms, you get what you pay for. Small room, which was clean and en-suite. Suited my purpose as a place to sleep and not necessarily spend any great length of time. Breakfast was not particularly good, with cereal and cold toast the only options. Nice area, within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants and the Underground.
