Great location.

Small points - lack of attention to detail - bin was emptied, but the liner and top cover were not replaced; wardrobe door was cracked and covered by parcel tape.

The hotel kindly booked me into the Lady Jane Room, which is spacious and lovely, with a four poster bed and a seating area with a sofa. I also took the option of having continental breakfast served in my room, as I had the chance to sleep in a bit. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A more clearly statement of finding the exact exit off the roundabout,could prove to be a problem. In general a great hotel and very frienly staff. A hotel with plenty of character and charm. (3305036689)

Very good layout and good docoration, perhaps a second chair would of been helpful & position of wall mirror could be improved.We may have been a little more comfortable had a cooling fan been available - one of the hottest days of the year I may add.

No real dislikes just the odd changes would strike a feel of better comfort.
