Obviously a Phone Card or your Cellphone are recommended for use ...... with that caveat, very good value. (97339062)

positive comments Location;Value
negative comments Exorbitant charge for phone - €9.00 for a 20 minute evening call to Dublin - in fairness slightly reduced on querying.

very good value for money. centrally located. rabbit warren of corridors to your room and grim internal views over mechanical plant etc but we had front room which was fine. friendly staff. architectural style of building externally could have been better in an up and coming Georgian area. (99689890)

positive comments good value for money
negative comments corridors ! torn carpet under bed.

I have stayed in this hotel previously and had no hesitation in re-booking this centrally located, clean hotel. The staff were most helpful, friendly and pleasant. The entertainment in the hotel was well chosen and catered for all ages. (99586468)

positive comments The accommodation was clean, the room was bigger than other hotel rooms I have stayed in and the hotel was very central.
negative comments I found the stay pleasant and have no negative comments to make.

More discription about the (room) gym and what it offered. A gym is an attractive asset to a hotel as more people are into fitness and for some it is a part of the daily routine. There was definatley not enough room for the equipment and there was not enough space for a warm up and cool down which is an important part of exercise. There were no cups or cold water supply to have some fluids whilst doing exercise. (3305119531)

positive comments The hotel was very clean, the room was a nice size. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly.
negative comments The hotel advertises a gym, this was disappointing as it was a small room crambed with 5 pieces of big excercise machines, the room needs to be bigger, any more than 2 people in the room and there would not have been room to move. There was no cold water drink machine to rehydrate yourself when working out which is very impotant, so i think a few improvemnets could be made to the gym section.

Overall, the stay was great. (3304726087)

positive comments The greatest thing about my stay was the prime loation of the hotel. It is right in the heart of Limerick city, and therefore close to everything.
negative comments When I was at Pery's it was extremely hot in Ireland at the time. The only bad thing I could say about Pery's was that there was no a/c in the rooms.
