Friendly staff always willing to please and help,stocked up with neccesities etc tea, milk, sugar,toilet rolls,bed was well made,room seemed always clean.

shower didnt work very well taps ran as well as shower same time,bathroom floor was extremely slippery when not wet,not enough parking,bar needed a fan to hot and stuffy,our room needed a fan,more english food without garnish on menus each night,more selection.

Its a smart and tidy hotel with very good facilities. I dont have any real complaints just a couple of things that niggled me. See below.

The sausages served at breakfast were of the lowest quality I have ever tasted. Just a small amount spent here would improve the quality considerably. No air con and rooms a bit on the small side. You need a sign from the main road showing were the car park is.

This was a really nice hotel with good facilities. lots of the guests were returning for the umpteenth time, It's just a little bit away from the majority of the attractions in a slightly run down area. That said you're never far from anything on Jersey especially if you hire a car, which would be needed from this hotel. (3305154650)

This hotel is very good value for money and the food is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. If i were staying in St. Clements again i would think about booking it and would recommend this hotel. The location is very handy for St. Helier on the bus (10 mins) and the bus stops are just outside too. There is a picturesque view of the coastline from the restaurant. However, I was pleased our room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking the garden, as the sea view rooms i would imagine are noisy because of the high volume of traffic along the coast road frontage. Everything was splendid and the staff couldn't do enough to help. All areas were clean. I would have no hesitation at booking this hotel again or recommending it to friends.

There is a super fitness suite but no facility for cold water other than the basin taps in the changing rooms. As the facility boasts a gym, sauna and swimming pool I think a cold water fountain should be fitted and certainly accessible outside the sauna..

Arrived on last sailing (fast) from Poole, didn't know food would be difficult to get at that time. (2427758)

Hotel situated 10 mins drive from St. Hellier, on a very handy bus route right on the sea front. The hotel was very clean, with lovely rear garden containing indoor and outdoor pools. The food was good though not always enough of it at the evening meal. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel represents very good value for money. (2039406)
