Use of Spa facility Quiet

Poor bathroom - stained shower curtain, thin towels. No decaf teabags or herbal tea. Very slow kettle. TV came on incredibly loudly, even when I turned the loudness down.

This was a very reasonably priced night away and we were situated ideally with an adjacent room for the boys. We were very pleased with the facilities which were better than expected and the pool in particular was excellent. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was basic.Better signposting to reception would have prevented a very long tour around the hotel to find our rooms with several extremely heavy bags.

The pillows were the only down side, a little trivial I know, but they were poor.

This hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious with good facilities. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good except that we were brought burnt toast. (3304444913)

The character of the hotel

Our room (Room 10) was too close to what seemed like a boiler which was rather noisy.

No complaints- staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and leisure facilities were great- just the pool opening time could be earlier- to start off the day!! Many thanks for making a business trip enjoyable. See you again!! (3304462122)

Clean, bright and airy rooms with adequate facilities.

Swimming pool opening time of 7am was too late for us. Perhaps a 6am opening for adults.
