although initially unimpressed with the reception staff when we arrived (they were outside having a cigarette - looked at us and continued smoking) we found the staff nice and friendly, the room was good and we were delighted to find tea/coffee making facilities in the room.We had a rear facing room which was wonderfully quiet, would stay here again. at a hotel like this I expected hot water, I had two cold showers staff appeared unable to resolve the issue. the breakfast in bed option was very poor and not worth the money

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the beach and Canadian Park, which suited our reason for the visit aptly. The restaurant was good also. We were surprised to find no washcloths available in the bathroon, but everything else needed was present. Closets were more than adequate and useful. Thanks for a comfortable stay...........the memories will last a long time. (3304275479)

It would have been helpful to know that you can park in the pull off in front of the hotel while you check in and get the code for the underground car park - that I would recommend. Fighting for space at the beach is hard work !! The room service was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful (3304741582)

The location of the hotel in Dieppe is central to shopping and dining. The accommodation was clean and tidy but could do with some re-decoration. Unfortunately our overnight stay was somewhat overshadowed by an experience with the receptionist - on asking to change our booking from a double to triple room we were met with an ignorant and less than helpful response.
