Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable functional rooms.

I like a strong 'wake you up' shower, our room did not have that nor was there a shower curtain to prevent water escaping out from the bath tap shower attachment.

A reasonable small hotel at a fair price. No real issues and I would use it again. (99554222)

The restaurant and food were very good

The en suite shower room was in urgent need of refurbishment. There was black mould in corner of shower. Shelf was breaking up.

The stay (other than the above) was fine for our purposes, but I would probably choose to stay in another hotel in the future because I would prefer to stay somewhere cleaner. (99710624)

It was convenient for the train station we arrived at, and the ski resort we went to the following day. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy, and the room was extremely basic. The rooms could do with a lick of paint and some modernisation.

generally very pleased. Good value for money. I recall reading that the hotel room was 'fully equipped' but I would disagree with that. It would have been good to have facilities for making tea or coffee. A mirror by the desk and some extra hooks to hang clothes. There is a sauna and indoor swimming pool - but didnt use pool as it was too cold! (99369576)

Room spacious and warm. beds very comfortable. Ample parking.

Fittings a bit shabby. Curtain was broken. No shower curtain.

I would like to have known where the activities were in relation to the hotel.It was a good distance to the ski slopes etc and buses were not plentiful. We had to rely on taxis a lot and this cost us over 100 Euros in one day. Overall though,we really enjoyed the carefree & friendly atmosphere of the hotel, coupled with the staff's helpful nature and the quality of the food. Had the room been a little more welcoming it would have been ideal. (99046791)
