We were looked after very well by the staff and enjoyed ourselves during our stay. (108071986)

We enjoyed a comfortable weeks stay.

Main bad point if any, was the entrance steps to the hotel, I asked about access when I booked, as we are both over 80, we were told there was a lift but no mention off the entrance steps and my wife struggled with these, its a shame as this was the only problem.

Our stay at the hotel was great but beware of the traffic wardens. Luckily the reception staff warned us when we arrived and said that they will ticket you for anything, even if your wheels are touching a white line !!!! let alone an out of time ticket. (97733830)

The Hotel is an old building and whilst in need of some genereal work, it was what could be expected from a building of that age. Considering what we paid for the weekend we were more than pleased. It would have been useful to have been given information by the Hotel about Car Parking as we had to find this out from the Tourist Information Centre. (3304343375)

We stayed in an executive room which was in a seperate building to the main Hotel. It seemed much more private and we weren't disturbed by any noise from the Hotel functions. The location was excellent for walking into the Town Centre.

The fact that there was no parking did give us something extra to think about however we left the car in the a secure local multi storey from 4pm on the Friday until 6pm on the Saturday and it only cost

Perfect location for where we wanted to be,very comfortable room,unfortunately we can't make comment on the breakfast as we laid in too late,but the restaurant menu looked delicious

there was a small tear in the room wallpaper & the hallway appeared & smelt damp but it did not spoil our stay

Great, very spacious accomodation and very clean - couldn't fault the Hotel or the staff! First nice hotel I have found in Hull!!
