Ideally located for getting to NE France/Belgium/Luxembourg/Germany and easy to find, once you master the one-way system in town. It's only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town where the moules frites is excellent, and the basement parking is great. The staff were frindly and efficient, and basically couldn't do enough for us. English speaking too, which is always a bonus. The rooms were big, airy and clean, and the beds were marvellous. Best nights sleep I've had in ages. I can't comment on the breakfast, we cleared off without any. If we're back that way next year, they can have my business again, no problem. (3304800372)

Its a good location , the rooms did not meet the standard shown in photos and there were initial problems getting the heating work which was solved after reception pressed a switch downstairs.At a previous stay the room was to hot! Hot water took a long time to come through. A request at evening reception for toilet rolls was noted but not fullfilled. The room could have been cleaner at the edges and around windows, the fridge had a block of ice big enough to sink titanic. The guest internet access was broken or unavailable. Early morning calls to other guests woke me up.Hotel has potential and would be good value if detail is attended to. (3304013506)

The restaurant was not open except for breakfast. However it was good. The bar was not open unless by request. The original oil paintings in the room and the lobby were rather ugly and all similar. The underground parking area needed more lighting. The staff was always very friendly and most were reasonably bilingual. Breakfast was better than many hotels in this part of France. (2257109)

Our room was a small suite. Two bathrooms, a sitting area and a good King bed Four blocks to Place Ducal and two blocks to restaurants.

Fix a head high hook or hanger for the shower wands in both baths. One stool had a constant overflow of water into the tank. Asked for repair twice. It needed new parts.
