The hotel was easy to find, the staff were very polite and welcoming and the room was very clean and pleasant, overall the stay was very pleasant with no problems. Only negative point was it would have been nice to be able to have a little choice of breakfast as opposed to the same thing every morning which for a longer stay can become tedious. (99797651)

My wife and I were interested in finding a reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Hotel New York proved to be perfect in this regard. Moreover, the manager spoke English (which was a relief, as we don't know much French), and was very friendly and helpful, and took care of all our requests promptly. Only staying as an overnight stop. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the station and less than 10 minutes from Stanislas Square, which is lovely, especially at night. Hotel staff told me where I could get an evening meal and even recommended one. Unusually, breakfast, which was fine, was served in my room. (2140386)
