Good Chinese Restaurant Excelllent food

Room smelled damp/musty. Shower room very damp with loose floor tiles. TV was not tuned in (Only for DVD playback)

we did not know that this hotel was an indian/ chinese resturant and didn't have a bar,other wise we would have booked a hotel which had one.Overall this hotel was ok for an over night stay. The pub down the road was very friendly ( The white horse),only a two minute walk. (99681649)

the rooom was warm clean,and had all the amenities that were required.

we had to carry our heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs as there was'nt a lift, the breakfast didn't look too appealling!

I chose this hotel because there was the possibility to get a transfer from/to the airport, but when we arrived nobody was there. They said, they had sent someone, but then it was too late and went away! I gave the flight number and all details to check, where we were and if we were landed and so on... There were other hotels nearer the airport and we had spent less money for the taxi. I would have liked to know, that there are only non-smoking rooms, that there is no shild in front of the hotel, because infact it (99531003)

If was close to the airport

We had 2 single rooms - one had water under the laminate floor from a previous flood - it was wet in the morning - the other was newly painted and had a strong smell of paint - It was not possible to open the window due to people were walking to their rooms that way - the window blinds were broken and every time people walked by outside a strong lamp went on. And there were a lot of noice in both rooms from trains, car alarms, loud people etc

It was my first time at your hotel and it is very well located. The room was fine but it seems that there is no attention to detail. It's a shame because there is a big demand for medium priced hotels and badly managed hotels today will not survive. There is an old saying 'you don't get a second chance to make a first impression' which is certainly true in your case. (99080108)

My overall experience staying in this accommodation was fantastic gave you a good overall feeling of customer satisfaction there was no hassle in any areas of issue that could be said for, the staff were very friendly and helpful making you feel very welcome the rooms them self were very comfortable made you feel like you could stay there for more than just a few nights located in a great area with a train station nearby for convenience of travelling round there is also local bars for a casual drink nearby also with a chinese restaurant in the hotel over all a great bed & breakfast for anyone will be staying there again very soon, very fulfilling experience and great cost. 10/10 (3304450070)

Room was clean. There were 2 restaraunts (Indian & Chinese) on site. Your instructions - excellent.

As there were restaraunts (Indian & Chinese), there was a curry smell in the air . Wardrobe was not complete - no hanging rail or hangers. Windowns would not close properly and lot of noise from railway line. As it was late when I arrived , I could not bother to complain. Charged £5 extra for breakfast - I had thought rate was B & B.
