Overall okay. Decent bar attatched to the hotel and close to the town centre for shops, food and bars. (97581801)

Helpful and polite staff

Decor was a little bit old and tired

very nice hotel well situated for the town and shops but the double glazing was not very good so if you are at the front of the hotel you get a lot of noise at night (97109933)

to hot in the rooms and lots of road noise at night and from the pub

Breakfast lay out and quality of food was disapointing. Plates were cold and the food was overcooked at times. i.e fish. The sauna was advertised again disapointed to find out it was segregated male and female. Bar facilities very good with friendly and helpful staff. (97484153)

I did not actually stay here as despite being given two separate rooms neither of them were up to their 'superior' designation in my opinion. I could feel the bed springs through the matress, the decor was grubby and the bathroom had a bit of mould. (99876385)

Staff were friendly, bar and pool area were really nice. My fish was off and I sent it back - the manager agreed it was off but still charged me the full price and on top of that there was a service charge of 10% which I thought was cheeky. (3304307014)
