Comfort Hotel Leicester

I will not be staying at the comfort inn again in Leicester. It was not close enough to the city centre. In comparison to other chain basic hotels it was far below par on decor and general feel and value for money. (97091164)

The check in was poorly handled with money being asked up front not allowing you to put drinks or food on your room bill. The check in person could not use the visa machine and we waited aprox 20 mins.

the hotel was very convenient for the event we were attending. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. (99841864)

the dining room / restaurant was quite stunning and very well done - someone's fantasy of medieval and eastern mix - and it worked!!

Don't forget that the travellers can go from outside of UK and me as a resident of Continent (=Europe :)) was uncomfortable as I couldn't use the charger for my mobile phone... When I was asking in reception for any adapter there was none:( Ok, I solve this problem by buying of an adapter, but it would be well if your hotel would have such thing for your European guests. Small detail - but pleasant.

Secure Parking, Helpful, polite staff

I was up in leicester for some exams and so i needed quiet and comfort for revision, both of which i found at this hotel. (2651251)
