cleanliness, comfort and modern appearance of the hotel

I booked this hotel specifically for a one night stop over in order to make an early train out of Waterloo. I was travelling with my daughter who is 6 and we were heading to Disneyland Paris. The hotel was within 10/15 minutes walk from Waterloo, it was very peaceful the night we stayed there and we were able to make our train comfortably in the morning. Although we arrived at the hotel after 6 p.m. we were able to stroll around to the Tate Modern, only a matter of minutes away. We were able to have dinner there and to have a wander around. Although we were not there to take in the sights of London the hotel would probably be a good base from which to get to most of the key destinations. If I were planning to stay longer than a couple of nights I think I would have wished for a somewhat bigger room. (99773795)

The location was excellent. Within easy walking distance of Waterloo but quiet. It is very convenient for the Tate Modern and St Pauls.

Nothing really, it was ideal as an overnight stopover to make an early train from Waterloo. Our room was pleasant, if small and we had all the facilities one would expect.

The hotel was comfortable with pleasant staff and seemed to offer guests very adequate facilities. I chose it because it was reasonably priced for its convenient location. (99740088)

The furnishings & decor were modern but unlikely to offend either young or old guests.
