The location was convenient as it was walking distance from the railway Station and the city centre. Breakfast was served in a big, nicely decorated hall. All the staff were polite and friendly. Well worth for money (3304442139)

In your description of the Lodge granted you do say that there is no lift but you do not say how steep the stairs are. Unfortunately I am elderly and disabled and it was a problem to climb and I was quite exhausted when I reached to room which I might add again was a pleasant and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Staff polite and helpful. Only problem encountered was the parking. We were attending a workshop elsewhere but had to leave early in order to reach the NCP Park before it closed as we had to return to Bristol that night. (3304029393)

Very comfortable bed with everything available in the room - i.e coffee, tea, chocolate, ironing board etc.

Parking facilities. T/V Remote control in Room 2 is broken and the batteries have to be held in by hand before it will work.
