Room not ready for considerable length of time after check-in time Left over food and empty bottles in corridor from night before (at 4.30pm the next day) Dirty and stained bedding Constant excuses given by staff rather than accepting issues

Modern, clean and very central for Glasgow. Great breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Delayed checking in but to be fair the whole city seemed to be very busy as Bon Jovi were in town.
