On arrival I was not listed as a guest. I, like many other guests requested breakfast for 7.00am, and we were told it would be available for this time. It was not available until 7.30am and so many of us had to forego our meal. A cooked breakfast was to have been the mainstay of the day and was included in the price. I was somewhat disappointed by this. (97525324)

Rooms are immaculate amd customer service was more than satisfactory. Lovely reception room with Bar.

No Internet access

the hotel contacted us prior to our visit to ask what type of sleeping arrangements we would like as we had booked a family room for three adults. We asked them about leaving the car parked up after check out time on day of departure, so this was not a problem. Just after we had arrived and checked into the room the staff rang the room to ensure everthing was in order, So overall we felt all aspects of our stay had been addressed prior to our arrival and were pleased with the hotels standard. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, gave good information about local amenities, and directions to a business venue in the area that we needed to attend. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and this was cooked fresh to order every morning. As we had most of the check out day to spend in the area they were kind enough to let us leave our car parked up at the hotel several hours after the check out time. We really enjoyed our stay and would book into the hotel again should we be coming to the area and would reccommend it to friends.
