The Spa and treatments were wonderful, the food in the bar/ restaurant was freshly prepared and a wide choice for all pallates. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, we had an excellent break (97029722)

I booked a Club room so xpected everything to be perfect. It was well presented and had great views, nice touches like the robes, breakfast etc.

Remote missing for the TV and aircon not working at all. Spent the night in a room at about 25 degrees C. That is not acceptable.

The hotel is lovely, best we've stayed in in Cardiff,however thee is a lack of communication amongst staff as we requested a couple of things that was not fufiled. Also we stored our babys milk in the fridge, which during the night the hotel locked, and couldn't get room service to come open it before we left as they were too busy!!! Lack of communication spoils this hotel dramatically. (99424093)

We have stayed here before, but unfortunately this time the room view was terrible, even though we asked for a good view, we also requested a cot which we din't get.

The ease of use of the car park. This was not clear in the information what the procedure was if the car needed to be used during the stay. The charge was hourly up to a maximum charge but was reset when the car was moved during the same period. (99683249)

Food is of a very high standard. Since the no-smoking policy became effective in January, the hotel and especially the bar is a much more pleasant environment. Staff are efficient and friendly. (99520516)

Cleanliness, close to city. Alternative car parking was arranged.

Room was chilly and took some time to warm. Restaurant can also be on the chilly side with energetic air conditioning. Additional payment for use of credit card needs to be re-considered.

Beautiful room, pleasant and accommodating staff who were very helpful

Car parking-bit annoyed at having to pay for parking. Also, Laptops and mobile phones were not barred from restaurent or the bar area.
