All reception staff were excellent- difficult when you man it for 24hrs. Well done. We booked here to be near the airport for our return flight for England, and staff organised taxi there early in the morning

As pedestrians this wasn't the ideal location- we walked into Vitrolles along a 3 lane dual carriageway, hugging the armaco barrier, and getting hooted at a lot!

Very poor in regard to staying overnight for Marseilles airport as it was 25 euros for taxi to hotel. Very poorly signposted. Drove about for ages for an hour looking for it - as did a French couple so it wasn't a language couplef

Good 'budget' hotel in commercial area very close to airport with all of the basics but no frills! Entire site including Hotel and Parking were enclosed by security fence and gate. Ideal for overnight with Airport being about 7 minutes away by car. (97328756)

Covenient to airport after a late arrival

Reasonably cheap accomodation, compact but clean and tidy fine for a night before an early flight. The hotel is set in an industrial area and is not close to any facilities.If the prospect of a long night in the place is too much for you I would suggest a trip to MARIGNANE (4 miles)to a truely excellent Vietnamese restaurant, LE MEKONG. We go to the Vitrolles area twice a year. In the past, November (11th) has always been a problem, as nearly everything closes or goes on a back burner for Armistice Day. This hotel seemed to operated as normal. We did not notice any reduction in staff and there was always fresh bread etc, every morning. Other hotels that we have stayed in have reduced staff and would not provide evening meals. (2595232)

The staff were very friendly and we also liked the security that the hotel employed. The entrance/exit gate was always kept closed and the front door was locked at night. The hotel is near to a busy highway, but we were not disturbed by any noise.

We cannot think of any improvements. The hotel met our needs in every aspect.

Je n'ai jamais vu une chambre aussi sale, mégots par terre moisissure dans la sale de bain, odeur de tabac, bruit des femmes de chambre à 9h du matin, vaisselle par terre dans les couloirs pendant 2 jours. Je trouve que c'est de la publicité mensongère par rapport au fascicule c'est une honte pour 52 €uro la nuit! (2636867)
