Location - within walking distance of the town centre. Quiet off the main road next to a park. Lock up garage (although charge for). Staff friendly and spoke some English and as we spoke a little French it was OK.

Although the room was basic it was clean but the shower holder was broken and so couldn't use properly. No English speaking TV programmes.

good value for money this hotel met our needs for a short stay. It had a nice pool area,the room was functional the staff informative and friendly. The bar lacked atmosphere and although there was a restaurant no menus were advertised and i never saw anyone eat there. breakfast was fine. all in all a place i could recommend for a short break in perpignan (99771568)

This is a nice little hotel right by the park. The restaurant was not open over the Easter 2007 period so it required a walk into town for any meal. The petit dejeneur was basic but adequate (99034505)

The room was fairly basic but clean and serviceable.

The airconditioning only worked on heating the room up. The cooling system did not seem to work. As it was not very hot this did not matter much but would be different in hot weather

I would have like to have known that the restuarant wasn't open every day. Whilst the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town the description did say it was in the centre which would have made it easier for restuarants for people (such as myself) with walking difficulties, as the parking was scarce. although the hotel did not have a general bar area( but you could get a drink)i do not feel this detracted from the stay as there were plenty of places close by. we thought breakfast appeared expensive but in reality it was good value. food in the evening was fine but limited in choice.
