Quiet even though it was in a Motorway Service Station

As a stopover it was perfectly adequate. The room was clean and there were extra pillows and towels provided. Had we wanted to press any clothes there was an iron and ironing-board. At the price we were generally satisfied but we wouldn't have wanted to pay the business rate. (97777634)

Although we had booked an ordinary room, we were given an executive one on checking in. We appreciated the larger size of the room. Despite being on a services area and near the motorway it was quiet.

There was no soap in the dispenser over the bath. Very limited choice of channels on the TV and the remote kept defaulting to pay channels. We were surprised that there was no tea supplied.

Our stay was relaxed and overall we enjoyed our time at Days Inn, we only wanted a base was not impressed with the food, thought it was over priced therefore did not bother to eat there,its a shame we could not have a drink as it meant we had to drive to the local pub. (97182081)

Diabled parking was being used by normal cars, hotel was very close to resterant but noise level was low. Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay and the staff had manages to obtain a ground floor room as requested. We had a lovely relaxing break. The hotel was very clean and the standard was very high considering it was only a service station motel. The staff were very willing and helpfull, even helped us with using there freezer so we could freeze our ice packs for our journey to carry our insulin back. Loved the little personal touch of an easter egg being included in our room when we arrived. The grounds of the hotel were kept spotless which must be hard to maintane due to the service station. The room was very pleasant, comfy bed, clean towels and everything you need for a short stay. Overall we was very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.
