I have no more to say I came to watch Man.U v Portsmouth I could not book hotels near the ground because I left it late, I went on the internet found this hotel and I am very glad I did because it was slendid. (97784516)

The room was spacious, quiet, clean with coffee/tea making facilities plenty of hanging space and everything I wanted.

Nothing, it was just what I wanted.

I would prefer that if a room has a fridge in they could put a complementary pint of fresh milk in as the milk that is on the tea tray is not very nice. I always go and buy a pint of milk. I know it is only a small fault, but I feel it could be a good thing. Thank you (97573543)

small toilet dificuot to get into and negotiate the door I am slim but it would present even a slightly well built person with some access difficulty

the loo is a bit of a squeeze to get into,lots of rubbish outside the doors of the hotel a newspaper was caught in the revolving door and a broken bottle was still outside another of the doors when we left having been there for 2 days

I was VERY unhappy about the length of time there was no hot water - a whole day - and wasn't very impressed to be given 10% off one night's rate 'to say sorry'. The whole check out process took almost 30 minutes including queuing which I felt was excessive. The reception staff's attitude to the lack of hot water was a pretty dismissive and unsympathetic 'well what can we do, there have been four engineers working on it since 4am...'. Whilst I do accept that such problems occur it did seem to take a whole day to be fixed and I'm not a fan of cold showers or the faff of having to go use another hotel's bathroom. 10% back seemed just a bit mean - after all you do expect hot water in a hotel.
