Adequate for what I wanted- a tour of WWII sites and historic venues. (97881323)

clean, quiet. Adequate hotel menu but could benefit fro using local dishes/fare a little more but was available was tasty. Lovely hot shower and had english/US news available in addition to solely French TV

difficult to get to without a car. Should give directions on how to get there from the train or bus stations or organise a hotel courier/pick up service. The only directions on the internet a for a person travelling in a car. Also the hotel or region would do well to organise tours of sites from the area that can pick up from the hotel-I think it would encourage more guests.

The Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms although basic and not the largest were more than adequate.The staff were all very friendly , attentive and hard working. The Resteraunt was very good with all the food well cooked and presented and it was frequented by many people from nearby Hotels as the food was much better than where they were stopping. It is well located for Travelling around the area being just off the Caen ringroad All our party agreed that the Hotel was good value for money and we would definately consider staying there on our next visit. The staff were welocoming and very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but adequate for our overnight stop. We will use again especially as they welcomed our labrador puppy.

Difficulties when arriving after 11pm, as reception is closed.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable with reasonable facilities. Although it was a little further outside of Caen city centre than anticipated, the taxis fare of 15 euros for 4 peole was fair. Very easy access to and from motorway/periphique. (3304494738)
