Very good room - Twin comfort room (I wouldn't stay in a standard room) generally the hotel is of a good standard of decor and very comfortable

My colleague was in a standard room, which was very poor. The breakfast was very poor, with a very small selection No car park, but I did mange to park on the street each night for free

Over charged for dinner by 50%! Then tried to charge for my dogs although clearly states no charge for dogs on their booking form. Found staff rude at this point which really spoilt the stay. I would of recommend this hotel but for the poor handling of these situations.

Excellente table

Easy to find, next to the Rouen railway station which is well sign-posted. There is no reserved parking and, being close to the station, finding an empty spot near to the hotel can be difficult. However, the hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Our second floor room was quiet despite the proximity to the railway. Breakfast was a little basic for 10 euros per person, but the food was fresh and the coffee good. Rouen is 2 to 3 hours from Calais, so this hotel is ideal for an overnight stay to break-up the journey to / from the south of France by car. (99529505)

Generally overall very nice and comfortable with a lovely bedroom and very helpful staff. Would very much recommend the restaurant. People at the table next to us having the pressed duckling which was interesting to watch. Would recommend to others definately and you can walk to the shops. Very nice room. We asked if we could swap as we originally had a smoking room and they were very obliging and gave us another one. The decor was very nice and beds most comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the service was impeccable. Would recommend.

Nothing really. I was quite noisy in the early hours. Maybe because it was near the station and the area was quite drab but otherwise fine. We were very lucky to park right outside the hotel. The parking may have been a problem though.

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof aber dafür recht laut. Gute Isolierung der Fenster, aber keine Klimaanlage für Lüftung. Zufahrt mit Auto schwierig und oft behindert durch Staubildung vor dem Bahnhof. Gutes Restaurant. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr erhältlich. Nach 9 Uhr ist aber einiges schon nicht mehr erhältlich (2029653)

Frühstücksbuffet mangelhaft, vieles oft bereits ausgegangen. Zufahrt mit Auto schwierig, keine Kurzzeitparkiermöglichkeiten zum Aus- und Einladen.

We would have liked to have known that there was a special offer on at the hotel - 2 nights for the price of 1 but this was not indicated on the website. If we had known this we would have stayed an extra night. We would be very interested to know of special offers in future that Best Western do in Britain and Europe. Overall we were extremely pleased with the hotel and found the staff very pleasant especially the receptionist who was very helpful. (1800846)

The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and to a high standard. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower excellent.

Our only criticism was the coffee was in pots and was luke warm but apart from that it was to a very good standard.

Si j'avais su qu'on me donnerait une chambre au dernier étage sous le système (bruyant) d'extraction de l'immeuble, jamais je n'aurais pensé à réserver une chambre dans cet hôtel. Je dois à la vérité de dire que le personnel a été aimable et compréhensif (mais qui donc s'occupe de l'attribution des chambres?) et que j'ai pu, vers minuit, disposer d'une autre chambre, calme et confortable. Hélas la nuit fut trop brève et trop chahutée, et mon travail de lendemain s'en est ressenti. Dommage. MJx. PS. A la question sur le rapport qualité/prix la possiblilité de répondre 'adequate' entre 'très mauvais' et 'moyen' est assez étrange! (1772840)

This hotel charges the same as many other better Best Westerns eg the one in Chartres - but its accomodation is nowhere near the same class. It was small, awkward and not very friendly. (1698173)
