The lady in reception was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean, it was much better than what we expected, really good value for money! Breakfast was good, and it was served in the room with a complimentary newspaper, all for 5 pounds!

The poor service at the end of our stay was disappointing and some of the staff should be re-trained in taking responsibility for providing good customer service. I was left with the impression that they could not be bothered to sort out a small issue and just wished to pass the buck. (107246006)

Friendly receptionist on arrival, breakfast arrived on time and room/facilities etc fine

when I queried the bill as we had been overcharged for a breakfast that was included in the room rate, the receptionist was very unhelpful and would not recredit my card at that time. I left a message for the manager on the Monday but received no response so ended up contacting Active Hotels who were very helpful in rectifying the situation.

We arrived wet and cold, due to bad weather, The room was warm and very clean, after a hot shower. on arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. we found the room to be more than efficient for our stay. everything you needed was in there including an hairdryer which you dont always get. 24 hours service which was great. our only gripe was it was very warm and there didnt seem to be any air conditioning. i would use this hotel again and i would certainly recommend it.
