Quick check-in,very smooth.

Booked a twin room and this was confirmed, on arrival there was none, only double with a sofa pull out. When asked they said they dont do twins. When booked for work collagues that all pay the same ,the standards should also be the same for both shareing a room. Also stayed in many Days-inn in the pasted, this seemed like a poor mans version . they should also have passes for the car park as recieving a parking ticket doesn't make yuo feel good, even tho' the hotel did take care of it.

Comfortable and clean

I booked a smoking room because I smoke, but very little. I think a little more effort could go into freshening the room up with a freshener of some kind. It smelt very smokey upon entering.

There were three of us in our party staying overnight, but we were only given 2 pillows, 2 bath towels and 2 coffee mugs. i asked for more but all we were given was the extra pillow! we also had to wait for at least 10 minutes when we checked in, when we arrived back after the evening out, and when we checked out the following morning because there was no-one on the reception desk.

Although situated in a busy location the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, everything in the room seemed to work properly. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was very nice however we were unaware of the need to order for each day, missed out on second day although we were given vouchers to spend in cafe across the car park. Very pleased with our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a bit concerned about staying in a hotel on the motorway services, but found the hotel to be quiet and relaxing, just right for our onward appointment(our daughter's interview at Middlesex Uni)the next morning. (3304473690)
