The hotel was excellent in all aspects & our room,108,was quiet, as promised when I booked with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset & then birdsong in the morning.not always appreciated but it was by us.The on-line directions for finding the hotel were extremely accurate & helpful as we could not visualise how we would reach it from the "wrong side" of the motorway we would be arriving on.Breakfast was delivered to our room for a very small extra cost & was beautifully thought out & everything so fresh.Almost too much to eat & so enjoyable.The bed was comfortable,extra pillows were there to use & the bathroom was all we wished for.Thoroughly recommended.

Well equipped - enough facilities for a short stay.

Too far from other facilities - the motor way services for example.

On first arrival we found ourselves on the wrong side of the service area (North to South carriageway) and were initially confused as to where the Hotel was situated. We eventually realised that we should be on the opposite carriageway and found our way to the Hotel by first travelling further down the motorway to return back up the opposite carriageway. I think more explicit directions would have helped our situation and guided us to the Hotel easier and quicker. (99464277)

Availabilty of food should be bought to the attention of the person/s staying as can be difficult to get food when arrived, only place is the services which can be expensive and lack of variety. The bath in the bathroom of the rooms is very shallow and does not allow a relaxing time to be spent. When making the bed, cleaner/maids should brush down to make sure there are no hair crumbs ect over the top of the quilt. Over all the stay is good, peaceful night sleep and easy to book the room and booking in at the hotel is always hassle free at what ever time which is a blessing, when arriving late. (3305123269)

Bed sometimes requires a brush down after being made, hair sometimes found on bed quilt. Bath not very deep,a little uncomfortable - not relaxing.

The only comment I would make is to the address it does not state that the hotel is actualy part of the Michaelwood Service Area and even though we had Tom Tom with the postcode it could not direct us to the hotel. We had to telephone and this is often quite a regular problem. (3304440872)

The front office staff were polite and courteous. The rooms were quite clean and tidy. Also it was a quiet environment

The hotel represents excellent value for money especially if you are just looking for a place to rest your head for a night - despite its motorway location, the room was extremely quiet. I only met the taff on check in and out and both were extremely friendly and welcoming. (3304195540)
