Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

No transport to ExCel which is being extended making it difficult to reach on foot around the building site. Taxis currently charging

Everything was smooth, even found one of the free car park spots available! Room service arrived prompt even if we ordered after 10 PM.

Inspite of the fact that the hotel is situated near London City Airport you cannot hear any plane appraoching the airport. The hotel is nicely situated near water and in a couple of minutes away from the underground. (97016408)

What did make the stay better was the fact we were upgraded free to a suite at no extra cost, rooms were very well laid out and clean, we also had a dock view, with the sites millenium dome and canary wharf in a good view,exellent servise throughout, will return again next year. (99554884)

The accomodation was at a perfect spot for the airport, plus the exel centre we were attending, very clean, and superb...
