Very convenient position for access to Excel Centre. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Rather awkward to get to hotel car park. Unfortunate experience with broken bottle on car park floor - had to remove embedded glass from my tyres. Problem eventually resolved.

The hotel surpassed our expectations, and was very clean, quiet and stylish. The bar was superb, with a good range of bar meals, which again were of a higher standard than we have previously found at similar hotels. The only thing which we were mislead about was the proximity to the O2 arena, which is definitely not within walking distance. (97571495)
