The only bad point, I did not realise the payment was not taken at time of booking the hotel, so it came of our card the day we checked in which did not really state this when booking online.

Breakfast staff were not as helpful and nice and were clearing the breakfast food away before we have even take it or finished.

Location

On check in I was advised breakfast wasn't included in the price which I knew was incorrect. I was then told it was included however the following day my husband was asked to sign something whilst he had a plate in his hand with his breakfast on - he refused & said it had already been questioned on check in - this should have been sorted out. My husband completed a questionnaire in the hotel

The whole hotel was furnished to a standard I was not expecting for the money we paid - it exceeded our expectations. I even said to my fiance that I wouldn't mind staying there again for our first night!

I booked it because website said it was 1.4 miles to Edgware Tube Station but that can only be true if the barrier is open, so I rang the hotel during the day and they said they cannot control the barrier only the police can so I had to come via the M1 a distance of 6 miles from Edgware. When I arrived I was told that the barrier had been open all day. The website should make it clear that it it is only 1.4miles from Edgware if the barrier is open and then give the route

The hotel was clean and comfortable - the staff approachable and helpful, and the food, where purchased was very good. Hotel is situated on the M1 motorway, you need to use a taxi to connect with a tube station for Central London, but there is an excellent and reasonable with a local taxi operator for this. The accomadation was clean and tidy. The lift was strange because the floors did not relate to the buttons you pressed. Although not my first choice I was happy with the short stay and would use the hotel again. I would also not hesitateto use the group again. (99190449)

We went to see George Michael in Wembley and it states on internet that hotel is about 3 miles away, its further than that and too far to walk (if you could ever find your way). Hotel and room were bright and clean. Everything in the room worked. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was much better than we expected. We stayed in a more expensive hotel the following night and its bathroom was worse.

The nearby railway-line was busy till 02:00ish. Trains started again at 05:00ish. Noise insulation not too bad though.

We booked the stay whilst helping our son move flat in North London. We needed somewhere convenient, reasonably priced and easily accesible especially as we were driving a large van. I was placed into the wrong room, embarrassed by being asked to move , it seemed badly run with an undercurrent of contempt for it's guests , Having been moved it was noisy in the corridor and I was disturbed on three occasions by the cleaning person over an an hour before he was meant to clean the Room, The food was an incredible price and the staff might as well have not been there.
