Although I was looking for a hotel closer to Whitchurch,I chose the Wild Boar Hotel because I knew that it was only a 15 minute drive to the town. My husband, although not disabled, was on crutches and I had forgotten to tell you this when I booked the room but, the very pleasant girl on reception not only helped me with our luggage but also found us a ground floor room! We found all the staff courteous and helpful and with our son getting married in the near future, we will certainly consider the Wild Boar Hotel as a possible venue. (99945638)
