Clean friendly and efficient

Neat and clean; spacious with adequate sleeping quarters

Body wash dispensers could not dispense any soap because they needed to be replenished; even with about 1/5 of the container's capacity (that area near the neck of the refillable bottle is too hard for the soap to be squeezed out - no matter how much force is applied). We would have preferred a small bar of soap.

We felt the dining room and the bar was too small for the number of people staying in the hotel. The bar area could be made to feel more cosy, at the moment it resembles an airport waiting room. Also, in the evening the vending machine was out of order, in which case I felt that at least some supplies should have been available behind the bar to compensate for this i.e. packets of crisps and nuts etc. (97814203)

Very modern, comfortable, clean, and most important - quiet. It was lovely to be able to sleep well.

Our actual room was perfect, it was just the dining room we weren't so keen on.

The hotel was well sinposted. Easy directions from website. We had a lovely peaceful clean room. Arrived at hotel about 8pm, limited menu for evening meal although reasonably priced. Drinks were very expensive. Staff friendly. (99568205)

They need to leave more tea coffe and especially milk in rooms. The web connections are in very stupid places in the room. You can only connect via a zip up wire that is hidden behinfd the TV Why not put the firewire on the desk where you would prefer to work rather than by the TV? Otherwise very good. Enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast very good with a range cereals, breads, juices etc. My daughter left her Nintendo DS behind but the F&B Manager was very helpful and we received it in the post two days later. (3304920046)

There were 4 of us staying - 2 adults and 2 children - in the room and it was a bit small with the sofa bed out but as we were only there one night it was not a problem.

Biscuits with the tea/coffe facilities. Better tea/coffee facilities in the lounge area by reception (only one machine and they ran out of mugs)
