very good facilities
excellent breakfast
good size room

our room was a long way from reception
just one eating place available for evening meal which was expensive, so we had room service (much cheaper option)

A beautiful location and facilities. Golf courses outstanding. Beers served in good condition. Breakfast excellent.

Beer too expensive. Just a little disappointed with the evening meal.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at, the staff were extremely polite and everyone was friendly. The meals were very good, and I used the leisure facilities by going swimming in the morning. The room was only booked the night before, as I was attending a funeral of a friend in Grantham. My Husband and I were so taken with the hotel that we intend to go back again for a weekend with our two teenage children as there are many facilities that they could use. There is something for all age groups. I look forward to returning soon.

I thought the bedroom was particulary spacious and very comfortable. The meals and the leisure facilities are excellent.

I have stayed at Belton Woods on a previous occasion two years ago so knew what to expect. The staff, accomodation, leisure facilities and general ambience of the hotel have been maintained to the high standard I experienced previously. In comparing with many first class 4* & 5* hotels around the world with which I have first hand experience over many years, I would put Belton Woods well up the list.

Tha accomodation was spacious, very comfortable good sized furniture, bed and fittings with all the modern equipment expected of a high class hotel. Good sized, luxury bathroom and toiletry supplies included.

There was nothing I disliked about my accomodation.

If we had known that the staff were excellent (cheery, helpful and very efficient) we would have stayed sooner! We will be sure to stay again.

My second or third time to visit. This is a nice hotel with nice scenery and lots of fresh country air about. Rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful and friendly.

Lovely surroundings in the country. Room was a good size with external windows. Food was good.

Room was a long walk from reception.

Easy to find, park, set in great surroundings and attentive staff. Excellent lesiure facillities.

Only niggle was a doggy remote control which seemed only to work within 1ft of the tv. However, I'm sure it would have been changed if I'd been bothered to ask.

Excellent facilities Pool area was lovely and grounds were delightful only wish we had more free time to enjoy them The spikes bar was good for food although very expensive on drinks 4.50 for two soft drinks

Restaurant was excellent for breakfast but was we thought expensive with a limited choice of food .I was dissapointed there was no access to the internet and suprised that was the case in today,s world although I noticed your hotel is advertised as a business retreat so perhaps that is why

We were attending the Game Fair in Grantham, the stay at the hotel made a very pleasantweekend for us both. We were particularly impressed with the young man and lady who waited on our table in the After a long day and arduous journey from Essex on the Friday afternoon, we were rewarded with a very pleasant surprise, being upgraded to a suite, and a very enjoyable dinner in the A la Carte restaurant. We were impressed by the two young people waiting on our table that evening, very pleasant individuals indeed. They were not too intrusive, but were very pleasant, and made a lasting impression.
We are planning to go to the Game Fair next year, which is at Broadlands, and have already looked up the nearest De Vere hotel, which I believe is Southampton? Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was very luxurious, spacious and very comfortable.

Speedier tea/coffee service at breakfast, clearing away of dishes etc. However, presentation and choice of food was excellent.

It had a large bathroom, sitting room. A fantastic bedroom with another TV and sensational view. We also had a balcony overlooking the golf course.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY WELL RUN, ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFULL
AND POLITE AT ALL TIMES.
I FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE OF A HIGH STANDARD, BUT A LITTLE OVER PRICED
FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE THE FACILITIES ETC
(1103506)

I FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE VERY QUIET AND ALL STAFF TO BE VERY HELPFULL
EVEN WHEN I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT PUTING MY ROOM NUMBER ON MY
BREAKFAST OREDER FOR ROOM SEVRVICE, MY BREAKFAST ARRIVED WITHIN 20
MINUTES OF A PHONE CALL.

Hotel good and more than adequate, but for the prices charged the carvery was poor, and the choice of main course very limited. The absence of things like horeseradish sauce, stuffing and other trimmings was noticeable.
