Clean easy to find hotel convenient for Waterloo station and central London. Room, particularly bathroom, on the small side and no air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant adequate with reasonable menu selection. (97169374)

All facilities in good working order

Room was small

We planned to sightsee most of the day and needed somewhere near to westend but not in it. Our room was clean, comfortable and contained all we needed. Really appreciated the fan as it was hot! Staff were very polite and efficient. (3305138920)
